A signed agreement and/or deposit may be required to secure your booking. • Remaining balances must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule. • Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Clients must provide notice if they need to cancel or reschedule a session. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability. Deposits may be forfeited for late cancellations or no-shows.
4. Copyright and Image Usage
All photographs remain the intellectual property of Annvisuals Photography. Clients receive personal-use rights unless otherwise specified in writing. Images may not be altered, sold, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for arriving on time, providing accurate information, and ensuring cooperation during sessions. We are not responsible for missed images due to lateness, lack of cooperation, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
6. Delivery of Images
Final edited images will be delivered digitally within the estimated timeframe communicated at booking. Delivery times may vary depending on workload, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
7. Website Use
You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, distribute harmful software, or violate any applicable laws while using the site.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Annvisuals Photography shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.
